Aperitif spinning pie

Cheese and cheese are grated.

The ribs are cut into small cubes.

Onions are cleaned, washed and cut into small slices.

In a bowl, mix everything with eggs and pepper.

Cut the dough in half lengthwise and join the two pieces.

Put the filling on the entire length of the dough, grease one of the edges with yolk and roll a roll.

Form a spiral and place it in a tray lined with baking paper.

Prick in places with a skewer and grease with egg yolk.

Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

When it is nicely browned, take it out and leave it to cool.

Serve both hot and cold.
