Wash the rice and let it soak in water for 10-15 minutes. The zucchini are washed, peeled and shaved. Drain very well, then mix with grated cheese, eggs, flour, drained rice, salt and pepper to taste.
Grease with oil and line a yena bowl with flour, then pour the pudding mixture. Spread the mixture of beaten eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper on top. Put the dish in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Pumpkin pudding can be served both hot and cold, along with fresh vegetables.
