Beat the egg whites with the salt powder and gradually add the sugar.

We continue to mix until the sugar has melted.

Add the yolks, oil, baking powder quenched with lemon juice and continue to mix until smooth.

From this composition we put 7-8 tablespoons in a bowl, add cocoa, mix and set aside.

Then add the flour over the white mixture and mix with a spatula from bottom to top.

Wallpaper a cake pan with baking paper greased with a little butter and pour the white composition.

In the middle we pour the cocoa composition.

Bake in the preheated oven over medium heat, until it passes the toothpick test.

I took it out of shape only after it cooled.

Cold powdered with sugar then portioned.
