Pizza with tuna, olives and mozzarella

First add 180 g of flour to the bowl of the mixer, make a hole, in which the yeast dissolved in hot water and olive oil is added, then the salt is added to one side, taking care not to touch the yeast. Kneading begins, now I have added 40 g of flour. Knead until you get a soft shell with a smooth texture (a sign that it is kneaded enough).

Transfer the dough to the worktop sprinkled with a little (30 g) flour and knead just enough to shape it. Transfer the dough to a bowl and set aside to leaven for 20-30 minutes. It will become fluffy and airy.

Spread the dough on the table with your hands, spread with tomato sauce, sprinkle with basil.

Loosen the canned tuna and drain well. Sprinkle tuna on the pizza to taste. I only needed half of the can, it was enough, so 90 g.

Peel the black olives and, optionally, a few kalamata and sprinkle on the pizza.

Grate mozzarella (I used the block type, which can be grated).

Bake on high heat for 20 minutes. Put another tray with 100 ml of water in the oven. The steam will make the dough fluffy. Be sure to remove the tray after the water has evaporated.

I don't think there's anyone who says he doesn't like pizza.
Everyone has a favorite pizza, I like pizza with vegetables but also Romanian pizza or pizza with tuna or chicken. Today I chose to prepare a different kind of pizza, pizza with potatoes and mozzarella.
I personally liked it a lot, it is easy to prepare, tasty and with ingredients available to anyone.
When modeling the pizza top I used corn flour, I liked it because it gave the top a crunchy texture. The idea belongs to a party .. I saw it on the net & # 128521.

Pizza with potatoes and mozzarella-Ingredients

It took
(quantities for 3 pizzas)
600 g white flour
350 ml of hot water
20 g of fresh yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons grated with salt

Topping pizza
350 g gourmet mozzarella Delaco
6 potatoes, boiled
6 tablespoons tomato sauce
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
salt

fresh rosemary

Pizza with potatoes and mozzarella - Preparation

To start, we prepare the dough for the pizza top.
Mix the yeast with the sugar until a paste is obtained, add warm water, then pour over the flour mixed with salt. Knead until all the flour is incorporated, add the oil and continue kneading until the dough becomes elastic and homogeneous.
Leave to rise until it doubles in volume.
While the dough is fermenting, prepare the pizza topping.
Peel the potatoes, peel and slice thinly. Sprinkle with oil and season with salt, pepper and freshly chopped rosemary. Mozzarella is grated through an apple grater.

The raised dough is divided into 3 pieces, sprinkle corn flour on the work table (give the dough a more crunchy texture after baking) and spread each piece in a round sheet.

Pizza with bell peppers and anchovies
