Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)

  • 1 cup diced peeled pitted mango (about 1 large)

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 1/2 cup chilled nonfat soy milk

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Recipe Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Pureé until very smooth. Pour into glasses.
