12 cherry tomatoes
3 cups mayonnaise
1 cup prepared horseradish
Coarsely chopped fresh herbs (such as chives and/or chervil)
Using a small sharp knife, core tomatoes; scoop out centers. Spike mayonnaise with horseradish in a medium bowl and spoon into tomatoes. Top with herbs.
