a goodness of blueberry jam
- 2.5 kg of blueberries
- 1 kg of sugar
- juice and peel of a lemon
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar

RECIPE PREPARATION Cranberry jam:
Wash the blueberries well and put the sugar on them, then leave them to soak for about 4-5 hours. When the hours have passed, put the jam on the fire, and when it starts to boil, add the lemon juice and peel. Add the vanilla sugar and let it simmer until it thickens.
