Peel, wash, chop and boil carrots, peppers and onions. Later add the oil and a tablespoon of food.
After that, prepare the dumplings: beat two eggs in a bowl, then add about 100g of semolina. Let it rest for about 10 minutes, then take half a teaspoon (which must be wet) of the composition and put the dumplings thus formed in the soup.
After the dumplings are boiled, add the peeled and chopped tomatoes. Keep the soup on the fire for a few minutes, then season with salt and add parsley.
